• Account Information: When you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and a unique user identifier.
• Usage Data: We collect basic analytics regarding your interaction with the App, such as features used and credit balance updates, to maintain and improve our services.
• Purchase History: If you purchase credits, transaction data is processed securely via Apple StoreKit and validated through our backend. We do not process or store your credit card information.

2. How We Handle Your Documents (Important)

Astrarena VibeReading provides advanced document processing, translation, and text-to-speech generation powered by Artificial Intelligence. To provide these features, we utilize Google Firebase and Google's Large Language Models (LLMs).

Please carefully read how your documents are processed:

• Direct Cloud Processing: When you initiate a document processing task, the text extracted from your document is securely transmitted directly to Google's LLM cloud servers via Google Firebase Cloud Functions.
• No Proprietary Storage: Our proprietary servers do not collect, store, log, or harvest the contents of your documents. The data flow is strictly between your local device and Google's cloud infrastructure for the sole purpose of real-time processing.
• Local Storage: The generated files (such as formatted Markdown, translated texts, and speech scripts) are saved locally on your device.
• Third-Party Privacy Compliance: The processing of your text by Google's LLMs is governed by Google Cloud's enterprise privacy policies, which generally prohibit the use of customer data for training foundational models without explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our service:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Functions, Firestore): Used for user authentication, secure backend execution, and tracking your credit balance.
• Google Cloud / Vertex AI (Gemini Models): Used for processing, translating, and structuring the text of your documents.
• Apple (StoreKit & Sign in with Apple): Used for secure authentication and processing in-app purchases.

These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4. Security of Your Data

We use industry-standard encryption protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS) to secure the transmission of your data between your device and our third-party cloud providers. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
