Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Astrarena VibeReading mobile application (the "Service") operated by us.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Astrarena VibeReading is an AI-powered tool designed to reformat, translate, and generate speech scripts from user-uploaded documents. The Service utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by Google to process the text.

2. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

By using Astrarena VibeReading, you maintain full ownership of the documents you process. However, due to the nature of cloud-based AI processing, you are strictly prohibited from uploading or processing the following types of documents:

• Sensitive Personal Information: Documents containing highly sensitive personally identifiable information (PII), such as Social Security numbers, bank account details, or unredacted medical records (e.g., HIPAA-regulated data).
• Confidential & Classified Data: Trade secrets, classified government documents, strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) materials, or any enterprise data you are not authorized to upload to third-party cloud services.
• Illegal Content: Material that violates any local, national, or international laws.

Disclaimer: You acknowledge that your documents are transmitted to Google's cloud servers for processing. We take no responsibility for data leaks, breaches, or compliance violations resulting from your decision to upload sensitive or restricted documents.

3. AI Limitations and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service relies on advanced Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Hallucinations and Errors: AI models may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information ("hallucinations").
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not warrant that the reformatted text, translations, or generated speech scripts will be 100% accurate or reliable.
• "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the output generated by the Service before relying on it for any critical or professional purposes.

4. Credits and Purchases

• Credit System: Astrarena VibeReading operates on a credit-based system. Processing documents consumes credits based on the length of the document and the complexity of the task.
• In-App Purchases: Credits can be purchased via Apple StoreKit. All transactions are final.
• No Refunds: Unless required by applicable law or Apple's App Store policies, credits purchased are non-refundable and hold no real-world monetary value.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Astrarena VibeReading, its developers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service (including Google's API outages or data incidents);
3. Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., attempting to exploit the credit system, reverse engineering the app, or uploading malicious/illegal content).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
